Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a student for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. She was able to survive on a student allowance and worked part-time to supplement her budget. Lennox as she was studying in the Royal Academy of Music in London, was dissatisfied with her performance as compared to the performance of her classmates. She began considering alternatives. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. The group did not get to compete in the talent contest New Faces on I.T.V. From 1977 to 1980 she was singer-songwriter for The Tourists, a British pop group. It was here that she met Dave Stewart and together they created the duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began working for her debut album as a solo artist Diva which was released in the year 1992. The album had a tremendous success both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album came out in October 2014. The C.D. Lennox selected her favorites blues and soul from the time of her childhood. Lepidoptera came out by Lennox on May 19, 2019. The album is consisting of four tracks that were improvised. The E.P. is the companion album of her artwork in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now I'll Let You go... It is also her debut independently-released album. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on 25 December. She is a philanthropist, activist, and singer. The Tourists gained some minor acknowledgement for their and Dave Stewart's work in the 1970s. They went on, through the 1980s to become the popular duo Eurythmics. In 1992 Lennox launched a solo career with the release of her first album Diva which yielded numerous successful tracks, including Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa the album from 1995 studio features version covers of the songs No MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo albums include six studio and compilation albums.
